Quality Improvement The Quality Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Quality Improvement throughout multiple campuses. Advances organizational outcomes by partnering with departments to improve quality of care outcomes. Ensures and educates on high reliability methods and quality measures monitoring. Supervises the collection, analysis, and reporting of quality and patient safety data.

Develop and maintain a systematic process that identifies and reports patient safety risks, near misses, and adverse events.
This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a clinically related field. The candidate must have three (3) years of related work experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required (may be obtained within six months of employment with demonstrated experience). The candidate must have a broad knowledge of current healthcare quality, performance improvement, patient safety, High Reliability Organization (HRO), Patient/Family Engagement (PFE), Professional Practice Evaluation (PPE), and Joint Commission.
